The campaign is run by Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd., a Sun Pharma company. Reg. No. 1993​/003111​/07. (The Promoter)

1. Prizes are as indicated on the scratch card.
2. Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value should the original prize be unavailable.
3. Winning scratch cards must be claimed by closing date of the campaign.
4. One prize per person for the duration of the campaign.
5. Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the campaign will result in disqualification.
6. All winning scratch cards are subject to verification, The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the campaign or acceptance of a prize.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign if required by circumstances beyond its control.
9. Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
